Nerdvana were kindly invited to The Burnt Oak Pub in Shenley Brook End, Milton Keynes for their first live gig as a Nirvana Tribute band. With current Coronavirus restrictions in place, they played in the Beer Garden and thankfully the weather was kind enough to be warm and sunny.

Charlie, Evan & Kyle had been rehearsing very hard in the run-up to this gig to ensure they were on point. Its incredible to see how far they have come as a group since their formation only a few months before. But hard work and determination paid off, with a full capacity crowd being entertained for 2 hours (With no support act the guys did a bumper 22 song set!!!).

Aside from the odd technical hitch (Like Evans Tom drum flying off the kit at one point!) the gig went incredibly well with the audience giving very kind feedback and compliments.

All in all, a fantastic opening gig with a killer setlist. The start of something awesome – Keep your eyes peeled for more dates coming soon…

Also a HUGE thank you to Jim Reece for providing all the PA equipment and engineering for the band.

The boys all appreciate the opportunity to play at this awesome venue, many thanks to Jules and Simon for allowing us to make so much noise in their beer garden!!!

See you all soon at our next gig.
